Tips for getting back on track?

I’ve been way to relaxed in my eating habits and tracking and exercise. I’ve gained some weight and really wanna lose the last ten pounds but I’m having such a hard time.

I always keep thinking oh tomorrow I’ll be right back on track! I’m having a hard time from eating a bunch of junk food and I’ve also been depressed the last couple of months so my workouts have been inconsistent. I also got sick for two weeks in a row and stress from school is killing me. I know I gained at least 7lbs since January. And I wanna stop it all before it gets too out of control but I can’t seem to just “stop”.

Anyone have good tricks for getting back on track especially with the holidays coming soon and temptation every where. At work it’s always more treats and I keep thinking “oh one won’t hurt..” (ten later...)
