Well, 21 days ago I made a post about the beginning of my journey being my need to learn to stop gorging at night or before bed in general. Well... I think I've done it. At least, I've been keeping at it for these 21 days that I'm now comfortable enough to start the next step. I can't give myself too much of a pat on the back, it's been stressful at college this semester and I've put on 10 pounds (although I think a lot might be water weight since I've been really upping my water intake) but there isn't a better time to start something than at the present!
Now I'll be doing intermittent fasting, starting with a 16 hour one today to see how I feel about it. I've been telling myself "one more hour, just gotta make it to the next hour," whenever I've been feeling hungry. Just 4 more hours to go before I can eat! I'm planning to break my fast with a keto meal of salad of veggies, cream cheese, whatever meat they're serving in the cafeteria, and plenty of water.
So glad that there's a place where I can just lay my thoughts out, I love this subreddit! It fills me with so much motivation whenever I browse it! :)
