So.. I've almost done it. 72 kilograms, 22.5% BFP, 23.4 BMI, and not a blob. It's been a long year, with it's ups and downs, I gained more than I started at, and I had temporary dips into even lower weights than today. But I've been steadily holding this weight for over 2 weeks now, slowly losing fat percentage through excercise, and I doubt I'll regain much if at all. I think I just need a few more kilograms lost, and maybe another 3-4% of body fat lost, and I'll be all good to maintain. Not that I'm going to relax; with my eating habits and body type, I'm pretty much relegated to calorie counting for the rest of my life, but at least I'll be able to treat myself a little more.
Most importantly however, I can now finally start HRT! That's a whole heckton of anxiety gone, and soon, a lot of the dysphoria as well.
I really just want to thank you all. Even though I didn't participate much, just reading the posts, all the encouragement, tips, advice you give each other, it really helped a lot. This sub, /r/1200isplenty, cronometer, and willpower are what got me here, and I can't imagine what my life would be like if I was still as fat as I was. Probably wouldn't be a life at all. So, genuinely, thank you all for saving me. <3
