Starting to get an unhealthy view at weightloss

Hey! I started my journey a month ago, give or take a day. Since then ive gone from 102,3 kg to 92.0 as of today, its alot of weight but when i stand on the scale and see that ive lost 0.8 kg in four days i have two different emotions. One is that im happy that im still losing weight, the other is self-loathing that i didnt go to the gym more than my usual 4 times a week. Ive even started to dislike when i hear people that are having problem losing weight and cant stick to their calories. Ive always been an extreme person and if i do something its all or nothing but it feels like im starting to develop psycological problems and its only been 4 weeks. Anyone that have experience or tips about this sort of thing?
