Hey everyone, I'll try to keep this short and sweet. I recently purchased a Eufy Life Smart Scale, a budget home smart scale option that had all the features I was looking for. (These features being water weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.)
I was nervous that the budget option might not be super accurate and now I'm a bit dubious as to the readings it's giving me.
I have an active job but don't work out ever and it was telling me my muscle mass was 37%. I'm definitely way too skinnyfat for that amount! Lol
Has anyone else used an at-home smart scale, Eufy or otherwise? How accurate do you find them? Any recommendations for one that's more accurate but not too expensive? Thanks!
