I'm 5'4 130 pounds woman. I have skinny arm, you can see my collar bone and quite skinny legs. If you see me, you'll say I need to gain weight (like my co-workers)) The problem is my stomach area. I have a little pudge. I don't drink alcohol or soda, but it appeared when I worked from home for 3 months as an artist. I now work in London & Cambridge taking the train and tube so I get to move around more and try to do over 1000 steps a day but i notice that it's my face and arms and legs losing weight but my stomach is still the same, look bloated or 2 months pregnant.
Breakfast- usually none just coffee, two oranges and banana. When I have time oatmeal with blueberries
Cheat day on Friday- small custard pastry
Lunch- salad with nuts, hummus
Dinner - different meat everyday with salad
I just want to lose stomach area any advice?
