Skin changes during the 8/16 fast

Hey all! I've been doing the 8/16 fast for about a week now, paired with CICO and eating healthier meals. The 8/16 method is basically fasting for 16 hours a day and eating in an 8 hour window, for me that's between noon and 8pm. In the mornings I'm never really hungry anyways but I've been using grated ginger & lemon tea for something to sip on.

My skin is RADIANT. I have a few measly pimples (I usually have a lot more) but I really feel like it's helping. This is the first time in my life something has helped my skin aside from intense topical creams or antibiotic pills. I'm going to do accutane in January to help with the oiliness of my skin (probs the root cause of my acne) but it feels great knowing this shit actually does work for really stubborn acne. Probably cutting out my sugary oatmeal is helping too. And generally having more liquids.

If you guys are needing an extra push maybe try the 8/16 method and boil some ginger! :)
