Ready to lose it all

I don't know anything about losing weight and gaining muscle, all my life I denied being out of shape and needing change so feel free correct me on anything i have wrong or add details to anything I said.

I'm between 300 and 350 and I'm just saying fuck it and lose it all right? i want to do a long lasting fasting. I'm planning to take multivitamins to get everything i need i have researched this stuff and i ain't about to just die from any deficiencies, (i did a couple of week long fasting before and felt great, 2 weeks was the max i went to before getting into the bad habits again) i also considered just caloric deficiency so if that's better just go ahead and correct me.

i want to gain pectoral muscle and arm muscle , I'm planning to bench press and lift weights for that.(as stated before i know nothing so go ahead with the whole spiel on muscles and training and growth, i'm here to learn). I'm gonna train cardio of course, jogging early morning seems like a pretty good wake up routine (all i have for that one so hit me up with good cardio to do at home)

Final note: i know this is a lot of plans to start with all together but I'm so tired of feeling like shit i truly believe i can keep these goals in mind. Just writing these few lines required a lot of willpower but as they say, recognizing that the problem exist is the first step to healing, and change... or something like that anyways
