Hey everyone, been awhile since I’ve been here, so last time I posted I was a weak teenager that couldn’t even bench 175 and going from 220->170, at 170 I couldn’t cut anymore and still had a lot of stubborn fat 17ish%, now I’ve bulked up ish to 185 in 3 months, my bench has gone up to200lbs, my deadlift went 225-> 315 straight bar, squat 150 x 1-> 225 x 3x. Now, my question is what’s the best program to build muscle and get stronger, and burn some fat, I don’t make a big deal about my fat, but I’m embarrassed to take my shirt off, it’s wierd, I’m decently slim but I have awkward chest fat that makes it look like I have manboobs (non gyno) and my belly carry’s a huge amount as I have a pretty big overhang of fat that kind of sags, I wanna lose it, but I’m 16 and want my numbers to go up and keep getting stronger. What programs should I go for? I did ivysaurs and it worked, I think I’m gonna try “Muscle&Fitness Frequent Fryer” which is intense, any recommendations?
