Hi everyone. I have been on a 300 calorie deficit for the past 10 days and have been doing pretty well by keeping on track! I have begun to see small results and the best part is, I enjoy what I am doing and don't feel ever out of energy. I also get in my daily exercise with ease.
So you can imagine the state of panic and shock I felt when I had no energy yesterday to eat or complete my usual evening walk. I thought, maybe it is because I underate so I just felt winded. Today I woke up early, and made sure I ate enough today but still felt tired. I could only complete most of my exercises halfway and eating felt like a chore (my hunger has been pretty sustained on this diet but these last two days it has plummeted).
Panicking, I end up checking up my period app and right on the dot, I started ovulating yesterday. Ugh. Does this happen to anyone else? And is there anything else I can kinda do to keep on track just until this tides over?
