January 2nd of 2018, this year, I came home from a family trip feeling like trash. I was self conscious and grossed out with myself. But January 3rd I went to the gym. it was incredibly difficult, yet January 4th I went back to the gym, and I kept going after that. I hit times where I would slack but I pushed myself further and further than I thought I could go. Looking back, at the start of this year I was in the “obese” category according to my BMI, and I just checked, I fit into the “normal weight” category. The distance I have come has blown my mind because I always thought I would just be the big girl.
