I am trying to determine how many calories I should eat per day. Taking a look at my Apple Watch heath stats just confuses me. I will list them along with my goals and maybe someone can help me out.
Average Active Calories: 350 kcal Average Resting Calories: 1,800 kcal
I am 25, 5’11”, and approximately 190lbs.
The “kcal” is what throws me off. Am I burning 350 calories or 3,500 calories? The latter of the two cannot be possible as I am not that active. I mostly walk, and am going to begin my old cardio routine.
TLDR: How many calories should I eat if I’m burning 2.150 kcal total and want to lose weight.
