So, my (then) boyfriend and I started losing weight at the beginning of the year. He got to his goal weight (250 to 165) and I dropped 50 lbs (250 to 200). He did mostly calorie tracking and I did 50% with that, and the last 25 lbs have been through keto, which I've found to be really easy. We went on a lovely vacation the last week of October and I totally went off the wagon. We also got engaged, so now the past 2 weeks have been a lot of dinners out to celebrate and stay-in-lets-get-chipotle-and-google-venue nights. I already fell in love with a dress and bought it, which fits me perfectly at my current size.. so I think part of me is worried that it won't look as good if I lose weight and it doesn't fit. I want to begin to do keto and get healthy again really badly, and I can't seem to force myself to. I got so used to saying yes to temptations over the past few weeks that my willpower seems like it's totally gone. I need advice on how to get back into the losing weight and getting healthy mindset. Once I get past the first few days and get back into ketosis it's easy, but it's those first few days that are killing me. Feel free to be harsh, tell me what I need to hear!
