My body won’t let me eat as much food anymore... I think. Is this normal?
I’m short, so 20 pounds is a good amount disappeared from my body. During my journey so far... I’ve questioned how in the WORLD I’m going to be able to eat 1200 - 1500 calories DAILY for the rest of my life.
I’ve been (trying) to do approx. 1200 calories per day, but about a week ago I binged like crazy. I had a big breakfast, skipped lunch, and a huge all you can eat buffet dinner. I had to use the bathroom before I left the restaurant if ya know what I mean... one of those dinners! When I got home... I snacked like crazy. I probably had around 5-10 snacks like little Debbie cakes, granola bars, popcorn, popsicles... just crap.
Then I was up half the night trying to calm myself out of puking but it happened... I literally ate myself sick. As soon as a puked... I slept like a baby!
Now, anytime I start getting full or feel like I am, I just stop eating because I’m full. I used to eat seconds and thirds but now can only eat a good sized plate.
TLDR: I binged one day all day (big breakfast, no lunch because of a nap, giant dinner, 5-10 snacks after getting home) and into the night resulting in me basically eating myself sick. Since then... I feel like I’ve become more aware of being full? I think? Is this normal? Do I just subconsciously hate puking that much that I stop eating..?
