My best tip for staying on track and losing weight.

I've lost a lot of weight...somehow I've managed to go through this entire 7 or 8 months of dieting without weighing myself so I can't say for sure how much I've lost but if I had to guess I'd say at least 50lbs as I look completely different.

I just wanted to share my best tip that has helped me so much. Setting a food alarm. Whenever I eat I immediately set an alarm on my phone for 4 hours. When it goes off, I know I can eat another moderate meal and set another alarm, usually giving me 3 normal meals a day with perhaps one snack in there somewhere. Taking some of the pressure off my brain seems to help a lot and obviously eating on a schedule has helped my metabolism so much. Of course if your day is really typical and you have lunchbreaks at the same time everyday etc then you probably dont need a reminder, but I think if you have trouble with willpower and a more varied schedule this can help you, I know it's done wonders for me. Even if my last alarm is gonna go off right before bed at 10 or 11 I feel no guilt having a late night meal because my body is expecting it and it makes for a good night's sleep! This also helps me bounce back from the occasional bad day or weekend really well.
