Hello all,
I was hoping I could get some advice from you all. A little info about me, last year around February my starting weight was 269 and a few months ago my lowest weight was 181. my current weight is now at 193 and my height is 5'7.
When I lost the weight I was counting calories via myfitnesspal and going to the gym about 3 times a week. My calorie limit was 1550 and I would generally run 1.5 miles then use the rest of the time lifting as I only have approximately 35 minutes at the gym.
I have hit a wall where I find myself having no self control when eating. I continuously find myself overeating and eating junk foods such as candy. I know I need to snap out of it and start eating right and exercising. Any tips or stories with similar issues?
