Sorry the title sounds like a humble brag. I've put 20lbs back on!
So I'm 27, 190lbs, forever gone through the limbo of clean eating and gym, to eating crap and no gym. The only consistency is football (soccer for our US friends) and running a few times a week.
People look at me and say "jake you do plenty exercise you should be fitter" which pisses me off cos they mean thinner!
Problem in my mind is back in 2015 I went from 200 to 170 in around six months of calorie counting and gym going, and when I looked in the mirror I looked no different at all. Still the same beer gut (where all my fat likes to live) and barely any faster.
Gonna give it one more go. Been on mfp since Monday, joined a gym yesterday. Not sure what weight to aim for to be honest. And if all that fails, I'll just invest in a bucket of kfc a day!
