Keto/Atkins/Low Carb Dieters (month 3 onwards) any tips?

I'm on my second month now and want to ensure that I should prepare for it - so far I have lost 6.5kg in my first month (woo) and so happy with the immediate results. As it's drawing to the festive period, I need to ensure I don't ruin it too much! I've noticed that a few days overspill really knocks you for six.

Typical Day Food:

  • Breakfast
    • Two Apples & Orange Before Lunch
  • Lunch (main meal)
    • Salad
      • Lettuce
      • Onion
      • Cucumber
      • Carrot
      • Peppers
    • Chicken - Counter from Sainsburys / Packeted
  • Dinner
    • Chicken Salad / Weetabix & Jam (keep me regular ☺) / Fruit
  • Regular Tap Water - ~3 litres a day

I've beaten the hurdle of craving carbs, thank god - hardest part imo.

Any help would be appreciated it. ☺
