I'm trying to figure out which one will be the best for me. I've heard keto cycles help you lose quickly but are also tricky. I've always felt low carb (less than 50 to 60g carbs per day) is something i can manage since i'm vegan. I have never tried low fat/calorie counting as primary diet because i felt they don't give results. Thus far i am able to lose around 1kg per week without any exercise at all (have some intensive work going which is mainly desk work). Anyway can anyone share their experiences with me? Also i am not sure how low carb is keto, some people consider anything less than 40g as keto and some set it at 20g carbs/day. I'm sure since i don't eat meat, i will not be able to do keto. Any alternatives are welcome.
