First time poster over here so i apologize if im in the wrong place.
So im fairly active at work, its all manual work lifting/fitting things and ive always been roughly the same weight at 15 stone never really going much above or below, im fairly tall so its not really been an issue. But recently i thought i better do something about eating crappy fried work place foods and purchased an exercise bike which i have been doing for about 30 minutes most mornings at about 10 or 15 km. Probably not much compared to alot of you guys but im absolutely fucked at the end and i feel like ive worked out ontop of my regular work life. I've been making stews, sandwiches and cottage pies to replace chips and other rubbish that i normally buy at work as well. But I've actually GAINED half a stone from doing all this i think i was actually better off not exercising or cooking.
Im definitely eating less
What am i doing wrong? I've never gained weight this fast.
