To form a habit. 21 days to stick to one.

I can successfully say that I have done my 3 days, and lost 1.6lbs in these 3 days, even after having Tacobell and icecream!

I have started to form a habit, today was a little easier to get up, and even a little excited to go to the gym. I find going in the morning to be the perfect "pick me up" that I have needed for a while, its just resisting the urge to sleep "5 more minutes."

Try to make it to 3 days, because it will get a bit easier afterwards. Then celebrate going 7! Then 14...ect. And... from my expierence: dont do leg day 2 days in a row. My hamstrings are crying :)
