Hey folks,
I'm not sure whether this is the right place but I don't know where else to ask. I've tried to lose weight for a long time now, in fact I've struggled with being overweight my entire life and have been gaining weight each year since I was born (I'm 20).
Around Fall 2017 I have started being more conscious about what I eat, and I've tried numeral times to lose weight by changing my diet and being more active, but I just don't seem to be able to pull through with a major weightloss.
I am seriously obese at currently 130kg (286lbs) with a height of 180cm (5'11). My maximum weight has been 135.6 kg around this time last year and my lowest since then has been 128.1kg this September.
What troubles me are my insatiable hunger (I seriously can eat just about as much as I like, and my hunger rarely subsides when I'm not particularly busy with something else on my mind) and late night binge attacks that I don't know how to fight against.
How do you guys keep your motivation for a long time so you can achieve your goals? What can I do in order to avoid binge attacks? Wh Feel free to share your stories, I'd love to hear from and exchange thoughts with you all.
Here's a graph of my weight development that I keep updating for a few years now: https://imgur.com/gallery/QdOjONB
