Hello, long time lurker here. I’m trying to lose a few kg and more importantly tone up, but the past two weeks have been tough. I have always been hungry, as in want food, 7/10 times I could eat something even if I ate not long ago. However I managed to keep under my calorie goal and workout regularly.
But the past two weeks something changed. I am so hungry. I will eat a pizza, yoghurt, fruit, a litre of water, tea, eggs and when I’m done I’ll feel as if I didn’t eat anything. I am hungry 10/10 times. If I eat a massive volume of for example salad or soup, then I will feel my stomach being full but still have hunger. For a long time I ate only healthy, lately I’ve been slacking of due to this hunger. Eating a portion of expensive lean white meat and vegetables and protein yoghurt and not feel a dent is demotivating. I am far from my calorie goal every day but I don’t care because i am so hungry. I am also cold all the time. I expected this since my body fat is lower than usual this time a year, but it’s ridiculous. I use wool and slippers and a blanket cape and a jacket and a hat and I’m still cold. And hungry. Can you sense my grumpiness? I don’t know what I wanted with this. Has anyone been in the same situation? Or have any tips? I am a little bit more stressed because of exams and moving to a more expensive living situation but not enough that I feel it should matter.
