I have been working on myself for 3 months now. Diligently too, and while it’s been slow due to my body. (I’m 4’11” female with hypothyroidism) I have been able to lose 12 pounds which has been an amazing scale victory for me! I have been using CICO and IF 16:8.
My non scale victories have been even more amazing though. I’ve kept up with a personal trainer all this time, and I have tracked and logged my food everyday regardless of how bad I eat.
I ran a 5k! And my t shirts are starting to fit better.
But this week has been the worst week of my journey and I need help getting back on track. I ate out more than I ever have these past few months. I haven’t drank all of my water every day (64 oz) and it’s starting to make me worried.
So I bought a food scale. And I’m being gentle with myself. This is a new week. And this progress isn’t linear. It’s slow and sometimes agonizing.
Any words of encouragement or tips are welcomed!
