I made a post almost a month ago about my struggle as an overweight 15 year old girl. I lost 2 kilos since then.
I eyeball my portions and estimate how many calories my portion is based on the ingredients. Red cabbage salad is now my best friend, I can eat a lot of it and barely have significant calories + a lot of nutrients. I cut out soda, I rarely, rarely drink any. I have water with me at all times. I exercise every 3 days, ~20 minutes of Tae Bo and between those days, dances along the music of the radio if I feel like it.
As a result, my stomach shrinked a bit. My thighs don't seem as big, tho I see and feel some muscle. My face doesn't seem as round. When I meet people on the street they tell me I lost weight. 2kg isn't that much, but I guess I lost more since I last saw them.
Thank all of you who helped me achieve this start and gave me valuable advice. I see a bright journey ahead of me.
