21 year old male. 5 ft 9, probably 230 pounds. 2 years ago I dropped from 230 to 200 pounds over the course of a summer. then I started putting back on in 2017 and I got up to like 215/220. now I'm back up at 230.
I've gotten busier so I rarely work out anymore despite having a gym membership. I know what to do to lose weight, I know how to workout (played football and lifted weights for a while), and I genuinely enjoy working out. I'm just too lazy to go to the gym, especially after a long day. I could go in the mornings, but I like sleep too much lol.
Also, I eat too much. Poor self control.
I'm gonna try to change things. I decided at the minimum I'm gonna workout on Friday nights and weekends since there's less stuff going on then. And of course try to eat less.
