Sorry if this isn't an appropriate post just wanted to get this out of my mind. Two weeks ago I got possibly an upper respiratory infection or something with similar symptoms. I quite literally haven't been able to exercise for two weeks because I've had a moderate amount of breathing problems from this illness. I think I'm starting to get over it now but going from 1-1.5 hours of exercise 6-7 days a week to nothing at all has been an experience. Even though I have to eat less I feel like I have so much more free time which as a college student is valuable. This last week if I had gone to the gym I'm not sure how I would've gotten my work done. I know I need to start up again but I'm afraid I'll make excuses not to since the free time has been so rewarding... Any words motivation?
