To give a bit of context, I'm currently over 350 pounds, and I don't really do much. Water is something I rarely drink at all, like maybe a bottle's worth once every week or two. I tend to consume a lot of fatty meats (lots and lots, like KFC-bucket amounts) and sugary drinks (such as Pepsi or Mountain Dew, about a two-liters worth or so) practically every day if I could, as well as a lot of breads. Rarely do I ever do any physical activity, if at all. There's a lot of fat built up in my chest and stomach areas, as well as my back.
With that said, I wanted to try an experiment. What if I, for a week, were to suddenly consume nothing except bottles of water? I know that's a relatively drastic change, but it's something I've been interested in trying. By not eating, I figured my body would do something about the excess weight, and maybe even do something about the muscles too (I'm a pretty large, bulky person even if I weren't almost 200 pounds overweight, and I kinda wanted to see if I could go down to super thin at one point, if that's even possible with my bone size and muscles I already have, despite my lack of physical activity).
