Hi. First of, i am not entirely sure if this is the right subreddit to ask for advice. Every post i see this far are either tips, articles or progress posts. If i am wrong to post here, please just tell me and i'll delete my post. Anyways, to come back to my issue, I've been struggling with my weight for quite some time now, it basically started in elementary school. Now i'm 19 and in college, but my weight issue hasn't gotten better. I finally want to work on it now though, but i just do not know where to start. So, to get into detail about my "stats". I'm 19, male (kinda, will explain later), i weigh 120Kg (~264lbs) with a height of 186cm (6"1'). I barely do any exercise at all and in fact rarely leave my room due to severe social anxiety, which partly comes from me being extremely unhappy with my current weight. I do play beat saber (a VR Rhytm Game) occasionally, i don't know in how far that actually helps though. Now about that "male" thing i mentioned. I am a biological male, that's out of question (duh), but i do have some major issues with my sexual identity and whilst i'm not entirely sure of "what i want to be", i do want to work towards a more female body (in case that matters here). My eating habits are.. i guess rather unhealthy. I do eat Cup Noodles rather frequently, as well as other instant dishes. Besides that i either make noodles, a small salad, or just simple toast with something on it. I also eat chips and other snacks on occasion, but not as often as i used to, both because i realized that it's bad for me and because my budget doesn't really allow it anyways. I don't have clear eating times though, so i mostly eat small meals randomly during the day. On drinks i mainly stay on just water, as everything else is pretty expensive in the long run. Once again, if this is the wrong community to ask for specific advice about me, i'm sorry. Thanks in advance for your help and tips.
