Since last year 'till now I managed to lose 30 kg and I still have these god damn love handles. I eat pretty healthy: the last glass of soda I had was in April, I only use olive oil, I don't eat chips, the only unhealthy thing I eat is chocolate. And the problem is that my love handles are huge.
I have an app on my phone, Home Workout, I did the 'Lose belly fat'' for 30 days, my abdomen is already a bit harder, but the love handles are still there. They look ugly when I wear a t-shirt.
Not sure if it matters, but I'm 180 cm tall and have 63 kg, so there's no way I can still lose some kilograms.
