I know, you've all heard someone say "oh, I'm allergic to exercise haha". But hear me out. I have a condition called cholinergic urticaria. It means I have an allergic response to my heart rate increasing, increase in core temperature or any drastic change in temperature and I physically can't exercise without breaking out in hives and an incredibly itchy and painful rash.

I used to be fit, I held great confidence in my body and what it could do. And then CU happened, and most days if I even leave my house I break out out in the rash of death.

I know that losing weight is more based on your diet, but I'm a stress eater, and seeing more and more weight pile on has got me more stressed than ever.

If anyone who has been/is a stress eater could give me tips on how to overcome that boundary, I'd be ever so grateful.
