Hello,
I'm about 60 pounds over weight and I've struggled with restricting and binging, binging and purging for over a decade of my 25 year old life.
I've recently (as in today) been given a menu plan in therapy that consists of 3 meals and 3 snacks but I've come to realize I'm terrified of eating what feels like so much food, because I'm afraid I will gain even more weight. But I'm committed to being healthy physically and mentally so I'm here for the challenge.
Please hit me up with some support and also any healthy snack ideas because that's the part that's really throwing me for a loop.
