... THEY WERE TOO LARGE! :-) It was like stepping into a barrel!
I've lost 98lb since April. I've got a good long way to go but I've come a long away and the momentum is built up.
Of course, now I've got to spend a ton of cash having all my suits taken in.
When I started out, I couldn't walk a hundred yards without needing to stop for breath. Now I walk three and a half miles a day. I am obviously going to need to ramp up the exercise programme but I'm concentrating on losing the weight before switching over to fitness. My current diet - one very small meal a day - is also unhealthy in the longterm and I plan to change that to a more moderate two or three meal a day programme.
But in the meantime, Excelsior!
