I’ve just started cico a few months ago (about 1500 calories a day, 89 kilos (196 pounds) to start). Lately, other than eating out, I’ve found the most difficult thing to be avoiding alcohol.
I’m fine with eating less food but drinking, because it absolutely does not fill you up, is a really difficult thing for me to control.
I’m 19 (Australia so it’s legal) and although my friends and I do not really go out clubbing or get drunk so much, we tend to have dinner together and have a few glasses of wine. Last night, for example, we ended up watching a film and having two glasses of tequila with margarita mixer and Soda water, which definitely added up.
I know the simple solution would be not to drink, but as everyone knows it’s difficult to do stuff like that without some sort of rules in place.
Did anyone else have this problem? How did you overcome it?
