Hello, i'm a male,20 years old,6'2 and about 300lb.I've decided that it's time for me to do something for my self because if i keep going like that i'll start having serious health problems soon.I've been told that a huge help is if i start counting my calories.I googled about it and found some apps that can help me do it but i don't know which one is the best.I decided to download myfittnesspal but it says i should eat around 2300 calories a day and i feel that it is a bit too much.I put a goal of 0.75kg a day because at the start when i out 0.5 the daily calories where even higher. Is this the right amount or am i doing something wrong? Another problem that i have is that i'm a student away from home and my lunch and dinner are mostly in the food cafeteria because it is free and can't really afford neither i have time to buy food and cook it myself and i don't know how to count those calories because i don't know how the food is prepared. The food options are limited and i feel like not everything i eat is as healthy as it should be.The only thing i can do is pick the healthier options and cut down on the portions i eat.Any suggestions on what should i do?
