Help!?

I'm about 200 lbs 5'3 and 24 this is the heaviest I've ever weighed in my life.

I decided to make a change about three months ago and was doing really well! I lost 20 lbs, that was up until I met my current boyfriend.

He enjoyes drinking and late night McDonald's runs, I have a soft spot for both of those things and I do not have the will power or self control to say no, he's in really really good shape, so the food and drinks aren't affecting him as much as they are me as I've gained all the weight I lost and then some back.

I basically need some tips on how I can develop self control and not give in to the liquor and junk food!
