The last few lbs I have been trying to mentally prepare for maintenance, and now that I am here, I feel completely unprepared.

Some of the apps I've used to track my weight up until this point have been very goal focused as opposed to maintenance focused. Now they are just like, "Yay! You did it!"

But now what?

Despite being here, reading maintenance threads, googling articles and advice, etc. I still feel uncertain.

(Please do suggest your favorite apps/tools for maintenance.)

I ended up adjusting my goal weight up 5 lbs. from my initial goal based on frame size calculations. I've always looked a bit stocky and that is a-ok with me.

It's been 10.5 months. I wasn't aiming for fast, I was aiming for doable. I took meals off for celebrations and then kept on going. I ate camp food with abandon and then kept on going. All those little choices added up. There were weeks I gained. I didn't stop. There were weeks I lost 0.2 lbs but I knew it would all add up. I didn't stop.

Just don't stop.

Maintenance, I'm coming for you.
