Hi guys
I try to do a salad for lunch everyday, somewhere around 500 calories. I want to keep it diverse to keep things fun and get a nice selection of vitamins / nutrients in my diet.
Anyone have a good list of salads they enjoy?
My go to's have been the following...
*Spinach, goat cheese, walnuts, chicken, berries *Romaine, egg, avocado, chicken, cucumber, tomato *Tuna salad/chicken salad with onion, tomato, cucumber *Caprese (with protein) *Greek salad with salmon/chicken *Black bean, corn, tomato, avocado with olive oil
And sometimes throw different nuts/chickpeas in. Open to any and all types of salads!
Edit: forgot to put the * to separate my salads since they don't seem to be spacing apart. Maybe just a mobile issue
