My goal is to have a slim face and slim body like I used to before I ate bad. Through discipline, I’ve lost weight fast. Towards the end of October, I was 132 and I went down to 126 today.
(5’4. Male. Cambodian. 20). I am healthy. No weight related illnesses.
What I really want to know is if its ok for to me continue to lose more weight since my face and body aren’t at what I want. Or should I maintain this weight? I want to do what it takes to look slim especially in the face.
For people who want to know what I did to lose weight, I would eat around 1300-1500 calories. I would do an exercise that takes like 30 minutes or a little more. 30 of jumping lunges, leg raises, squats, full body crunch, 8-10 sets of mountain climbers where I carry myself a few feet to the right before I do 10 steps, 20 pushups. Any order you like. 60 seconds rest before repeating for set 2. However long rest before doing set 3 (I wait 3 minutes). Go hard. I also add in other exercises like pull ups or jogging when I can.
