For reference, female 4’11 CW: 140 GW: 105
I gained a lot of weight over the past year, last year this time I was about 105-110. Had a few traumatic deaths over that time period and turned to eating and drinking alcohol as a coping mechanism. My boyfriend recently quit drinking, so I figured now is as good a time as any to quit too. I’ve been doing IF 16:8 for a couple weeks and gave up because with drinking it was too hard to keep my calories in an 8 hour range. Now I’m sticking to it better than before and I’m trying to ease myself into a Keto diet as a pescatarian.
I don’t haaaaate how I look, I just feel heavy, ya know? So I’m ready to fit into all my cute old clothes and feel better as a human, in terms of heavy feeling and in health. My boyfriends good at encouraging me to eat healthy, and my best friend is good about keeping me interested in exercise.
Any tips from y’all? I’d like to do it fast but I’d rather do it how will best keep me maintaining later. Cheers, thanks so much!
