Few questions on CICO and getting stuck.

Hello everyone,

Short info for the start: I have been doing CICO since March and between then and October I lost 19kg (42lbs). It has been over 2 months now and my weight is stuck between 82.5 and 81.5 kg. I used to eat 1500cal/day and switched to 1300 about half way through. Now I very rarely go over 1300 cal and if I do its still not more than my maintenance (2000). I either swim or run every day of the week and do not eat back the burned calories. I am quite disciplined and hoping to drop under 80kg before Christmas. But I dont seem to be able to do that.

The question: How big of a deal are sugars and macros in general if I still stick to 1300 cal a day? I have the same breakfast every day (fruit greek yogurt 140cal), lunch is almost always the same (roughly 400 cal) and then after dinner I still like to have at least 200 cal left for chocolate. All of my meals are well calculated and prepared by me so I know what is in them and I know the calorie calculation is right. The chocolate is calculated too, I even weighted the pieces at the start and now I just eat the same one every day. I often end up eating less than 1000 cal in normal food so that I can have more chocolate. I eat a lot of meat, eggs, veggies, simply lots of variety (and cauliflower lol) and it feels well balanced.

All in all, I dont go over 1300 cal a day, I burn about 400 cal with exercise a day and I have been completely stuck for 2 months now. Any ideas why?
