Started at 84 kgs (5'8") like a week and half ago. Before I started, I made all the big plans of squeezing my favourite things into 1600 calories goal I set for myself.
Before, I ate couple of small lays potato chips on daily basis. I had few squeezed into my diet plan but completely forgot about them lol.
Today I had plans for ice-cream but I scrapped that and cooked myself some moth beans with onions and tomatoes. Before, I would have never traded ice-cream for moth beans.
Also, I am finding it much easier to stop if I start eating something. The other day, my sister made a nice bowl of chopped (small cubes) pears and garnished it with all kind of spices. I had like just 5 pieces and stopped entirely on my own.
Just wanted to share.
