20F 5’2” SW:155lbs CW:151lbs GW: 120lbs Student I do cardio 2-3 times a week.

I’m currently on my third week of the food delivery service I signed up on. They deliver my meals the night before consumption and I am restricted to eat 1,200 calories a day. I’ve been having trouble falling asleep at night and I feel that my food intake is affecting my overall performance. Comparing my performance on school from my first week of dieting with now, I had more focus on my tasks and my productivity levels were significantly higher based on the number of tasks I accomplish. I now mostly spend hours browsing through diet and exercise content on youtube and obsessing on thoughts of eating food I haven’t eaten for years. I don’t know if my diet is making me feel this way or if I am just making up excuses for my own laziness.
