Stumbled upon this on YouTube in my recommended videos, I found it very interesting, and really reassuring.
Knowing that people who take their health and physique seriously are very often calorie counters just reenforces my belief that tracking is the number 1 thing when it comes to intake. Not even just calories, but making the right choices so you can hit the macros and nutrients your body needs.
