Confusion Regarding Couch to 5K Calories

Hello all, I'd like some help figuring something out:

I've started doing Couch to 5K, but the first app I was using to help track my run ended up being problematic, so I swapped to another.

Now, my issue:

The first app tracked the last run I did using it at 1.4 miles, 225 calories.

The second app tracked the first run I did using it at 2 miles, 355 calories.

I'm pretty sure the run was about the same, so at least one of these estimates is quite far off.

(For what it's worth, I'm male, 5'10", and 232 lbs)

If anyone with more experience with this could advise me as to which figure is more likely to be accurate, and perhaps provide tips for getting some kind of estimation of how many calories were burned in a run, I would be extremely grateful.
