college and eating healthy

i gained 30 lbs my first year of college because i had a meal plan and a qdoba and chick fil a on campus.

now its my second year and i dont know how to fix it. i am still on a meal plan and struggle figuring out how to eat healthy when my only affordable options are the on campus fast food or the cafeteria that has completely unappetizing or unhealthy options as well.

i find myself just skipping meals because it makes me feel less gross than eating from one of the restaurants. which i know is really bad. but i just dont know what to do.

i feel like this has to be a semi-common problem and i have the motivation to lose the weight, i just have no idea how to do it with the food i have. i've lost 5 lbs just from eating less and working out but it took so long for that.

any advice would be really great
