Hi everyone, happy Friday! How are you doing? I hope you all have a nice end to the week. Good luck with your goals for the day! Have you got any goal-related stuff planned for the weekend? If I actually got some meal prep done this weekend I think future me would be very appreciative...
For anyone new who wants to join today, this is a daily post where you can track your goals, keep yourself accountable, get support and have a chat with friendly people at times that are convenient for European time zones. Check in daily, weekly, or whatever works best for you. Anyone and everyone is welcome! I’ll start: Stayed up later than I should, still slept enough. I'm starting to think I should do what some others have tried and set a wakeup time otherwise it seems I'll never go to bed at a reasonable time. Despite having a cold, I have to go to the allotment today even if I don't stay long. I need to measure all the uncovered beds and see what dimensions of weed cloth are needed to cover everything for the winter. And it will probably be nice to be around dirt and plants- I've been reading a book that is currently talking about how people get more depressed when they're not around plants and nature. Also, my SO is back tonight, yay! Have a great day everyone!
