[Challenge] European Accountability Challenge: November 22nd

Hi losers and maintainers, how are you doing today? Happy Thanksgiving to the other Americans on here! So even though it’s not a European thing, Thanksgiving is centered around food. Question of the day is: what foods do you enjoy the most while you’re losing weight? Did your tastes change? Did you discover anything new? For me, I’m not sure I started liking new foods (apart from Coke Zero) but I have noticed that I can’t get enough cabbage, ever. My favorite recipe I’ve discovered is a vegan tofu lasagna that is delicious, super filling, and pretty low calorie. And I feel the best when I eat lots of fiber and protein- I definitely get veggie cravings if I don’t have enough.

 

For anyone new who wants to join today, this is a daily post where you can track your goals, keep yourself accountable, get support and have a chat with friendly people at times that are convenient for European time zones. Check in daily, weekly, or whatever works best for you. Anyone and everyone is welcome! I’ll start: I have some errands to run today and am also supposed to meet my language buddy to pick up her grandkids from school, which terrifies me. I will face the fear and see how it goes, and hopefully get a bit of exercise and sunlight at the same time. Other than that, I need to meal prep, do online classes, and I have my knitting group tonight. Will check in later. Have a great day everyone!
