Hi everyone, we’re on the last day of week 3. How are you doing today? Thanks for great answers to the questions this week, I’ll give it a break for today though. Good luck out there!

I’ll start: I’m off to a slow start because I was up a few times in the night with bad knee pain and then slept extra to make up for it. But now Im off to hang out with a friend so I’ll be getting some steps and getting out of the house! And I can do my online courses in the train in transit so that’s good. I’ll let you know how it goes later! Have a great day everyone!
