After beating obesity, I've been managing to keep a normal weight (61kg - 62kg, 1.67m) for almost a decade. In the last few months, though, I don't know why, but I've been gaining some weight and I'm almost at 64kg now. While that is not a lot, if I keep gaining weight I'll eventually be in a bad position again. But no matter what, I can't lose those 2kg. I've completely stopped eating all forms of caloric foods (chocolate, etc.) and started eating only vegetables, fruits and lean meat, in the hope I naturally lose weight. But after 1-2 weeks, no weight differences. Turns out I just end up eating too much of those. And if I count my calories, cutting them to a point I start losing weight (~1000 cal/day), I get overly stressed through the entire day; I feel awful, to the point I'm not able to concentrate and be produtive on my job.
Is there any clever suggestion to help me lose those 2kgs? If I just managed to find a way to not feel so awful when calorie deprived, that'd be very handy.
